Our Team

Founded in 2023, On A Mission Inc. (OAM) was established with a heart to meet the needs of ministries, missionaries, and communities around the world.

Kyle, from Indiana, and Karen, from Pennsylvania, first met in 1993 through a sports outreach mission trip to Ukraine. Over the next three decades, God continued to lead them through numerous mission endeavors, revealing a greater calling to serve and support His work around the world.

Today, OAM serves communities in Kenya and Spain, supporting healthcare initiatives, sustainable development, sports ministry, and gospel outreach. We also come alongside individuals who feel called to participate in short-term mission trips, helping them pursue opportunities to serve wherever God leads.

Our mission is simple: to bring hope and transformation through the love of Christ by empowering ministries and supporting missions and missionaries around the world.
